Through a trauma-informed approach, participants will also learn how to create supportive environments and facilitate restorative conversations that encourage self-awareness, understanding, connection, and healthier relationships.
Explore the foundational principles of trauma-informed approaches and how trauma and past relational experiences can influence communication, trust, emotional safety, and relationships. Learn how to create supportive environments that promote safety, choice, respect, and meaningful participation.
