Meet De’Nisha

De’Nisha (Dinah) Beasley, LMSW, MA

For over 20 years, I’ve dedicated my life to helping individuals and communities heal, grow, and become whole. My work lives at the intersection of mental health, faith, leadership, and community service, supporting people in building healthier relationships with God, themselves, and others.

My career has spanned community mental health, higher education, nonprofit leadership, consulting, and private practice. Each space has deepened my commitment to equipping individuals, strengthening organizations, and advancing work that leads to lasting change.

That calling ultimately led to the creation of Dinah MSW, a ministry of service rooted in the belief that God’s love is revealed through how we serve, lead, and care for people.

Today, I continue to serve through psychotherapy, speaking, consulting, ministry, mentorship, and leadership development, helping individuals and organizations create meaningful, lasting impact.

I believe lasting change begins with meaningful relationships, and I would be honored to partner with you.

The Story Behind Dinah MSW

The name Dinah MSW is deeply personal to me and reflects the heart behind this ministry.

In Scripture, Dinah's story is marked by abuse and injustice. While her story is difficult, it reminds us that God has a heart for the vulnerable and calls His people to pursue justice, healing, and restoration.

The name Dinah means vindicated. During my work in anti-human trafficking outreach, Dinah was the alias I used for safety while walking the streets late at night searching for women being sexually exploited. Over time, I came to understand that Dinah was a name God had given me for a greater purpose. What began as an alias became part of the calling He was revealing to me and a reminder of His desire to bring healing, restoration, and hope to those whose lives have been marked by trauma and suffering.

That conviction ultimately gave birth to Dinah MSW.

Professionally, MSW stands for Master of Social Work, the degree that has equipped me to serve as a therapist and social worker. Within this ministry, MSW also represents Ministry of Service & Wellness, reflecting my belief that God heals people, reveals their purpose, and equips them to faithfully minister and serve others.

Today, Dinah MSW exists to help individuals, helping professionals, organizations, and communities experience God's healing, discover their purpose, and faithfully live out their calling through psychotherapy, ministry, leadership development, education, and community advocacy.
