Registration and Payment

The registration fee is $750 per person. Your seat is confirmed once your registration form and full payment have been received.

Participant Cancellations

Registration payments are non-refundable if you cancel, withdraw, miss a session, or do not complete the program. Please review all dates, times, and the in-person location before registering.

The registration fee reserves your place in a limited-capacity training and supports preparation, materials, and facilitation.

Transferring Your Registration

If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another participant by emailing us at least seven calendar days before the first session. Transfers require written approval, and the replacement participant must complete the registration form and agree to the program policies. Transfers are not available after the program begins.

Attendance and Participation

This is a live, participatory training and mentorship experience. Participants are expected to attend all six sessions, including the in-person practicum, and complete the independent circle-facilitation activity before the final mentorship session.

Please contact us before registering if you anticipate a scheduling conflict. Recordings, makeup sessions, and individual replacement sessions are not guaranteed. Missing a session does not qualify you for a refund or credit.

Changes or Cancellation by the Organizer

If we cancel the entire program before it begins, you will receive a full refund.

If we change a scheduled date, time, or location and you can no longer participate, you may request a refund before the affected session takes place. If the program has already begun, the refund will cover the remaining undelivered portion, calculated proportionally by scheduled training hours.

If we cancel a session without providing a replacement, we will refund the portion of the registration fee attributable to that session. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Travel, lodging, and other personal expenses are not included.
